There are a few legal documents that are central to life at Influencity -- to us, our customers, our influencers, our partners, and just plain old users of our website. To make it easy to find the information you’re looking for, we’ve assembled them all here under one roof and provided you with a quick rundown below of what you’ll find in each one. You can also guide yourself from the menu on the left.

Influencity.com Terms of Use:

If you use our website (Influencity.com, which is, in fact, the site you’re reading this on at this very moment), then this document is for you. Among other things, it talks about what constitutes a legitimate use of our website.

Influencity Privacy Policy:

This is everybody’s favorite. If you’ve ever filled out a form on our site, signed up for a trial, or subscribed to our blog, you know we’ve got at least a little bit of data on hand about you. And if you're an Influencity customer, it also covers how we handle your customer’s data. Our Privacy Policy talks about what we do with all third party data, but even more importantly, what we won’t.

Influencity Customer Terms of Service:

This agreement applies to your Influencity subscription, if you’ve got one. If you’re an Influencity customer or just thinking about becoming one, you’ll want to spend some time reviewing this one.

Influencity Data Processing Agreement:

This agreement explains how we process your data. It includes the E.U.'s Standard Contractual Clauses, which are one valid way to ensure adequate safeguards are in place for Personal Data transfers from the E.U. to the U.S.

Influencity Product Privacy Policy:

We take your privacy seriously, it’s not a joke. If you’re an Influencity customer, this policy covers how we handle your and your customers' data.

Influencity Product Disclosures:

This document highlights some of the important things about using our products and/or different plans. It forms part of, and is incorporated into the Influencity Customer Terms.

Influencity Acceptable Use Policy:

If you use any of our products, services, or apps, this is the definitive rulebook that lays out what’s okay to do with them and what’s not. It talks about important things like email best practices. You know you love those.

Influencity Terms of Use for Influencers:

This agreement applies to our influencers and agencies acting on their behalf. If you sign up as an Influencer you’ll want to spend some time reviewing this one.

Influencity Privacy of Policy for Influencers:

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your Personal Data when it is used on our influencer database, and your privacy rights.

Influencity Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement:

If you’re interested in earning a commission to refer the Influencity Platform to colleagues or followers, you might be interested in our Marketing Affiliate Program Agreement. This agreement covers the program and contains all sorts of important stuff, like eligibility criteria, commissions and payouts.
