Influencity, S.L., hereafter Influencity, is an entity of Spanish nationality whose registered office is in Valencia, Roger de Lauria 28, 2nd, tax ID number ESB98684574, is responsible of the treatment of the information you provide us.

We at Influencity and our affiliates listed on this page are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to the information and data collected by Influencity as a controller, including the information collected on our Websites (www.influencity.com and www.influencity.es) or through other channels as described below. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your personal information. It also describes your choices regarding use, as well as your rights of access and correction of your personal information, following with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Websites. 

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email notification, or if you subscribe to the Subscription Service, through the Notification app in your Influencity portal.

While we will notify you of any material changes to this Privacy Policy prior to the changes becoming effective, we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.

1. Data processing of customer representatives

If you are a representative or contact of an Influencity customer, we will treat your data as indicated below:

  • Purpose of the treatment: We process your data to maintain, comply, develop, control and execute the business relationship we have with the company you work for, which is an INFLUENCITY customer. In addition, we may send you commercial communications about our products and services, to keep your company informed about news and offers, taking into account your browsing, interests and/or preferences. If you provide us with payment information, we use it only as authorized by you in accordance with this Privacy Policy so that you can use our Subscription Services.

  • Legal base of the treatment: We have a legitimate interest in treating your data, as a representative or contact in a customer company, to execute the contractual relationship we have with the company you work for, (for example, to manage and send your order to the address you want). Regarding the sending of commercial communications, Influencity has a legitimate interest in maintaining contact with you to inform you of our news that may be of interest to you. Influencity will never store or process your payment information data, such as credit cards or other payment information.

  • Recipients of your data: Only some of our technology and advisory service providers will have access to your personal data. In order to execute the service they provide, they must access the data of our customers' representatives. These service providers will treat your data according to our instructions and always under our command. To manage credit card processing, we use an external service provider. This service provider is not allowed to store, retain or use the information you provide, except for the sole purpose of processing credit cards on our behalf.

  • International data transfers: To provide the service, we use the services of technology providers that need to access your personal data from the United States, always following our instructions. These providers adhere to the Privacy Shield framework, an agreement signed between the United States and the European Union whereby the American entities adhered to the program, guarantee that they apply the same data protection standards as European companies.   • Period of conservation of your data: Your data will be kept during the execution and maintenance of the contractual relationship with the company you work for. Regarding the sending of commercial communications, your data will be kept for as long as you wish so, as you can request at any time that we stop sending you these communications, through the link included for this purpose in all our advertising communications. In case you do not interact with our commercial emails for 12 months (understanding how to open the email), we will proceed to delete your data for this purpose.

2. Data processing of potential customers representatives for advertising

If your company is not an Influencity customer yet, but you want to receive our communications informing you of news, offers, campaigns, launches, etc., we will treat your data as indicated below:

  • Purpose of the treatment: We process your data to keep you informed about our news and offers.

  • Legal base of the treatment: Your express consent, which you will demonstrate by checking the specific box that indicates it.

  • Recipients of your data: Only some of our technology and advisory service providers will have access to your personal data. In order to execute the service they provide, they must access the data of our customers' representatives. These service providers will treat your data according to our instructions and always under our command.

  • International data transfers: To provide the service, we use the services of technology providers that need to access your personal data from the United States, always following our instructions. These providers adhere to the Privacy Shield framework, an agreement signed between the United States and the European Union whereby the American entities adhered to the program, guarantee that they apply the same data protection standards as European companies.   • Period of conservation of your data: Your data will be kept for as long as you wish so, as you can request at any time that we stop sending you these communications, through the link included for this purpose in all our advertising communications.   • Recipients of your data: Only some of our technology and advisory service providers will have access to your personal data. In order to execute the service they provide, they must access the data of our customers' representatives.   • International data transfers: To provide the service, we use the services of technology providers that need to access your personal data from the United States, always following our instructions. 4. Data processing of influencers

If you are influencer in social networks, we can treat your data as indicated below:

  • Purpose of the treatment: We create your profile as an influencer within our tool, due to the relevance that your network activity has acquired. In that profile, the impact of your activity on the networks is analyzed by measuring certain aspects only extracted from your public profile of the social network and your public activity in it. The tool where we include your profile is used by brands to plan their campaigns on social networks and choose the influencers who will participate in them.

  • Legal base of the treatment: Legitimate interest of Influencity to create your performance profile and presence in social networks from publicly accessible information and include it in the tool offered to Influencity customers.

  • Recipients of your data: Only some of our technology and advisory service providers will have access to your personal data. In order to execute the service they provide, they must access the data of our customers' representatives. These service providers will treat your data according to our instructions and always under our command.

  • International data transfers: To provide the service, we use the services of technology providers that need to access your personal data from the United States, always following our instructions. 5. Data processing of candidates who send their CV to jobs@influencity.com

If you are a candidate for employment in Influencity and you have sent us your CV, we will treat your data as indicated below:

  • Purpose of the treatment: We process your data to study your candidacy, present or future, for a job at Influencity.

  • Legal base of the treatment: Legitimate interest of Influencity to evaluate your candidacy for a present or future position in Influencity.

  • Recipients of your data: Only some of our technology and advisory service providers will have access to your personal data. In order to execute the service they provide, they must access the data of our customers' representatives. These service providers will treat your data according to our instructions and always under our command.

  • International data transfers: To provide the service, we use the services of technology providers that need to access your personal data from the United States, always following our instructions. These providers adhere to the Privacy Shield framework, an agreement signed between the United States and the European Union whereby the American entities adhered to the program, guarantee that they apply the same data protection standards as European companies.   • Period of conservation of your data: Your data will be kept for one year from when you send the curriculum to Influencity.

6. Data processing of users of social networks that interact with Influencity profiles in these social networks

If you are a user of a social network and interact with an Influencity profile or page, we will treat your data as indicated below:

  • Purpose of the treatment: We treat your data in order to interact with you in a normal way according to the policies of the social network, and to manage our virtual communities according to the policies of each social network and our interests (both yours and our interests).

  • Legal base of the treatment: We have a legitimate interest to process your data within the operation of the social network to resolve queries, doubts, etc. that you ask us through the social network, as well as to interact with you within the normal functioning of the social network.

  • Recipients of your data: No third party will have access, through Influencity, to your user data from the social network.

  • Period of conservation of your data: We will keep your data only for the time necessary to answer your question, or for the duration of our interaction. Keep in mind that, although we will not specifically save this data, your data may remain in the social network according to the operation policy of each specific social network.

7. Data processing of supplier representatives

If you are a representative or contact in an Influencity provider with whom our employees maintain contact, we will treat your data as indicated below:

  • Purpose of the treatment: We process your data to maintain, comply, develop, control and execute the business relationship we have with the provider you work for or with you in case you are freelance.

  • Legal base of the treatment: We have a legitimate interest in treating your data as a contact point in an Influencity provider, to comply with our business relationship.

  • Recipients of your data: Only some of our technology and advisory service providers will have access to your personal data. In order to execute the service they provide, they must access the data of our customers' representatives. These service providers will treat your data according to our instructions and always under our command.

  • International data transfers: To provide the service, we use the services of technology providers that need to access your personal data from the United States, always following our instructions. These providers adhere to the Privacy Shield framework, an agreement signed between the United States and the European Union whereby the American entities adhered to the program, guarantee that they apply the same data protection standards as European companies.   • Period of conservation of your data: Your data will be kept during the execution and maintenance of the contractual relationship with the provider you work for, or with you in case you are freelance.

8. Exercise of rights

You can exercise the following rights:

  • Right of access to your personal data to know which ones are being processed and the processing operations carried out with them;

  • Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data;

  • Right to delete your personal data, when this is possible;

  • Right to request the limitation of the processing of your personal data when the accuracy, legality or the need for the processing of the data is doubtful, in which case, we may retain the data to keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.

  • Right to object to the processing of your data (i) to resolve any question you may have raised through the contact form, email or chat; (ii) in case you are influencer; (iii) through a social network; (iv) for the treatment of your curriculum; or (v) if you are a representative or contact in an Influencity provider. Likewise, you can withdraw your consent to receive commercial communications at any time, using the link included for this purpose in each commercial communication.

  • Right to the portability of your personal data, when you have requested the receipt of commercial communications from Influencity without your company being a customer. Portability consists in receiving the personal data that you have provided to Influencity in a structured format, for common use and mechanical reading, and to transmit the data to another person responsible for the treatment when the treatment is carried out by automated means.

You can exercise your rights at any time for free by writing an email to the following email address: legal@influencity.com. You must specify what right you want to exercise, as well as your identifying data. If, in order to verify your identity, we need additional information to those you provide, we will let you know.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Influencity and our partners use cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons and JavaScript) to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
